Cereal and cheese at breakfast. The rooms with a queen size bed, modern furnishings, as for instance.

This hotel had a central position to the lakeside. Besides, it was 10 mins walk from Spiaggia dei Sabbioni...

The room with a queen size bed. A balcony and a sofa set were a nice touch. The location was excellent and unbeatable and the private parking was onsite.

The location, breakfast buffet, staff, and spa facilities were all great. The hotel is well located, close to downtown and the beach. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. The staff, especially Davide, Maurizio, and Antonio. The spa offered a large variety of treatments and relaxation areas.
All was good.

The photos in Booked.net are a fair representation of the hotel and are well maintained. Interiors and furnishings of the rooms are tasteful. Our standard room on the 3/F was spacious for 1 double bed and a single bed. Cleanliness was at a high standard. The bathroom is particularly well sound proofed. Note that it only has a shower, no bath. Air conditioning worked well but as mentioned by other reviewers, it is not controllable within the room. Even though our room faced the road and car park it was peaceful at night. The hotel is well located, close to the town centre and just away from the main pedestrian traffic. We also took the bus which was easily reached from outside the hotel. The tourist information office is also less than 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is just as helpful on travel and sightseeing tips as the tourist office. On arrival we were given a folder of sightseeing spots and maps. Breakfast was an expanded Continental Style, for hot dishes there were scrambled eggs and bacon. The fruit selection was excellent. The waiters were welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately we could not try the restaurant in the evening because it was too late for our child. The 3 course set dinner looked decent value compared to any local restaurants. Note that there is a big supermarket on Viale Lutti, less than 5 minutes walk away. The indoor swimming pool is clean, about 10m long and wide. I managed to do some exercise by swimming diagonally. The indoor poolside was quite empty because most guests were gathered around the outdoor pool. Note that all guests, even men, must wear swimming caps. For smartphone users, only the lobby area has wifi. TVs had Italian, international news and two German channels.
The rooms on the top floor are slightly odd in that we did not have the usual arm chair and coffee table to relax in. I didn't use the room safe because it was too small to hold our laptop or even an A4 sheet of paper. There were quite a few tour groups in the hotel but this could be an advantage during the daytime when they are out on excursions.

We stayed in a twin room and it was compact. Appreciated cakes, fruit, cereal and cheese at breakfast. The location was great there, in the old town.

Located in the heart of this charming lakeside town, this hotel provides easy access to the main attractions and dining options. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated with modern amenities, including USB plugs and European sockets. The breakfast offers a wide range of options including crepes and omelettes made to order. The outdoor pool is a tranquil oasis to unwind in. However, the quality of the dinner could be improved, with more variety and replenishment of the buffet.

The breakfast was great with an amazing view, offered cereal, breads and cheese.

Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff who did care about their guests. The variety and quality of dinner courses was very good.
Car park is rather small but it does have a garage which requires walking to the reception for key/remote control whilst your car blocks the car-park. It is difficult to see how it can be improved..

I recently stayed at this place and had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, in a quiet area, yet close enough to explore the town. The staff here are incredible. From room service to housekeeping, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The amenities are top-notch and everything was so clean and comfortable. The room had everything I needed, from a mini-bar to ironing facilities to a patio with garden furniture. The spa centre was a great way to relax and unwind, and the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing way to cool off.
This hotel has everything you need for a perfect stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.
